INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, PLEASE NOTE: Tracking is available only for USPS Priority Mail International. USPS First Class, the small flat rate box, and the flat rate envelopes do not have any tracking. Most international orders will fit in a Priority flat rate padded envelope for $35 USD, but if you order a book too large for the flat rate envelope or a book costing more than $25 USD, I will have to ship with the more expensive (non flat rate) Priority rate. Please ask me for the cost of shipping to your country before you order.
